Yourope presents the 5th European Festival Conference (EFC). A gathering and summit of festival promoters in a unique conference format related to all the festival topics. We look forward to meeting at the "Festival Beach" at Zrće Beach on Pag Island (Croatia), where we will stay at Noa Glamping Resort and have the conference at Hotel Olea with first-class food, excursions and wellness offers included.
It is our aim to bring people together and encourage exchange. Just like in previous editions, we are aiming for a great mix of high-class keynotes, workshops and sessions as well as group experiences and excursions to collect as many impressions as possible from all participants. In addition, we give you time and room for direct personal exchange and prepare a cool environment to do so during the 5th EFC.
Speakers and conference programme
We have revealed a big bunch of our speakers already, and we are very happy with this exquisite line-up from all over Europe. Among them is Wacken Open Air's festival director, Thomas Jensen, who will tell us the festival's challenges with extreme weather conditions. EXIT's general secretary Tanja Nježić joins our discussion about mental health and related projects in the sector. We will talk about fair and inclusive ticketing with Boom Festival's co-director Artur Mendes and German tour promoter legend Kiki Ressler, CEO of KKT. In the EFC Keynote we will learn about Youth Sports Games and the event's approach to understanding, friendship, solidarity and fair play. Slaven Marić presents insights into the Croatia-based biggest amateur sports event for children and youth in Europe.

There is also a special discount of €100 for festival staff members under the age of 30. (It also applies if you are 30 years old.) Please note that the YOUROPE member’s discount can be applied on top of the young talent discount.
